This privacy policy explains how Price Coaching & Consultancy ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit www.timpricecoaching.com, contact us, or use our coaching, assessment and workshop services.

We are the data controller for your personal data.

2. What personal data we collect

When you contact us (website form, email or phone): your name, email address, phone number, organisation and job title if you give them, and the content of your message.

When you become a coaching client: contact details, your employer or the organisation paying for coaching, billing details, scheduling information, and notes from sessions. Coaching notes may contain personal reflections, goals and workplace situations you choose to share.

For Leadership Circle Profile and other 360 assessments: the participant's name, email and role, the names and email addresses of the raters the participant nominates (manager, peers, direct reports and others), and the assessment responses and resulting report.

When you attend a workshop or programme: your name, organisation, attendance and any feedback you give.

When you visit the website: technical data collected automatically by our website platform, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and cookie identifiers. See section 6.

We do not ask for special category data (such as health information). If you share such information during coaching, we only use it to support the coaching and treat it with extra care.

3. How we use your data and our legal basis

We only use your data for the purposes below, each with a legal basis under Article 6 of the GDPR.

Coaching conversations are confidential, in line with the ICF Code of Ethics. Where an organisation sponsors your coaching, we only share what you have agreed to share with them.

4. Who we share your data with

​

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the following, and only as far as needed:

• Wix.com Ltd., which hosts our website and processes contact form submissions and website data on our behalf. Wix is based in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate data protection.

• The Leadership Circle, the provider of the Leadership Circle Profile platform, which processes participant and rater data to run assessments and produce reports. [Confirm where it stores data and which safeguard applies, e.g. EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.]

• Our email, calendar and file storage provider [e.g. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365].

• Our accountant and bookkeeping software [name], for invoicing and legal record-keeping.

• The sponsoring organisation, where your employer pays for coaching: limited to scheduling, attendance and anything you have agreed to share.

• Authorities, where required by law.

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we make sure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as we need it:

6. Cookies

​

Our website is built on Wix, which places cookies on your device. Essential cookies are needed for the site to work and security; they are set without consent. Analytics, marketing and other non-essential cookies are only set if you accept them in our cookie banner.

You can change your choice at any time via [the cookie settings link in the footer] or in your browser settings. Wix's own cookie information is available on the Wix website.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you

• have inaccurate data corrected

• have your data deleted, where we have no legal reason to keep it

• restrict or object to our use of your data, including use based on legitimate interests

• receive your data in a portable format

• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier use

To use any of these rights, email [email address]. We will reply within one month. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), www.datatilsynet.dk, or the authority in the country where you live. We'd appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.

8. Security, changes and contact

​

We protect your data with password-protected, access-limited systems and keep coaching notes confidential. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
